FAQ
Have questions? We’re here to help.
Get quick answers to the most common concerns about our services, appointments, and care approach.
Do I need a referral to make an appointment?
Most patients do not need a referral to see Dr. Mansoori. However, some insurance plans may require one. We suggest checking with your insurance by calling the member services number on the back of the card or calling the office before booking.
What should I bring to my first visit?
Please bring a valid photo ID, your insurance card, a list of current medications, and any relevant medical records or imaging. We also require a method of payment to be placed on file at your first visit to help streamline billing and ensure a smooth check-in process.
Can you help with chronic foot pain that hasn’t improved with other treatments?
Absolutely. Dr. Mansoori specializes in personalized care plans for complex and chronic conditions. We’ll work with you to find a solution that supports long-term relief.
How much will my visit cost?
Insurance coverage can vary depending on your plan, which may affect the amount you owe. We verify your benefits before your appointment and provide an estimate of your out-of-pocket cost.
Most visits include two parts: the evaluation and consultation (often called the “office visit”) and any necessary treatment. The office visit is typically covered by your specialist copay, while treatments or procedures are usually applied to your deductible. As a result, you may be responsible for the cost of any treatment provided during your visit.
For patients without insurance, we are one of the most affordable clinics in the Plano area. Please call our office to discuss self-pay options.
